You can balance your PH level by eliminating dairy products from your diet. Eliminate red meat and reduce eating chicken and turkey.

It will also help if you remove coffee, soft drinks, and soda. It is advisable to stay clear of white flour. Above all, please try not to consume processed foods or fast foods.
