Become Younger and Healthier

Do you want to become younger and healthier? It is entirely possible to regain that youthful glow.

It is a great feeling to get up in the mornings feeling vibrant. It is like becoming a child again. You have an overwhelming urge to go to the gym, get on a bicycle, or play a round of tennis. Wouldn’t it be great to have that feeling again? No one wants to get out of bed with aches and pains or feeling cranky and mad at the world. You want to become younger.

What are some of the results people face when eating meat?

  • Obesity

Obesity is a huge problem due to the high consumption of meat; consequently, some people develop heart disease, hypertension, and atherosclerosis.

Meat is high in saturated fat, which is called the ‘bad’ fat. Saturated fat raises the level of cholesterol in your blood.

Furthermore, high levels of cholesterol increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Meats that are high in saturated fats tend to be high in calories as well.

  • Cancer

According to the World Health Organization, high consumption of meat can lead to cancer. A Harvard University study shows that people who eat meat on a daily basis are more likely to develop colon cancer than those who barely eat meat.

Scientists have managed to explain the connection between meat and cancer. When meat gets cooked, and or processed, it forms harmful substances called HCA, Heterocyclic Amines, and PAH, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons.

When cooking meat at a high temperature, 300°F or above, HCA is formed. PAH forms when the fat and juices from grilled meat drip on the fire and causes flames. The process burns the flesh.

Moreover, PAH develops when meats get smoked. PAH is in other charred or burnt foods. HCAs only form when meats get cooked at high temperatures.

  • Parasites

According to scientific research, most illnesses, not all, start from the gut. Meats contain parasites. Those parasites can wreak havoc on your internal organs.

Parasites live on its hosts. In this case, the human body is its host. They feed off people’s energy, their cells, and the food they eat.

The parasites reproduce and multiply in people’s bodies. They suck the nutrients out of your body. That is right. The parasites have access to the nutrients before its hosts, whereby starving you of the necessary nutrients to survive. You will not become younger and healthier with all those parasites.

  •  Digestive Problems

Meat is tough to digest. It is a very slow process when passing through the intestines. Meat needs proper chewing for good digestion.

Not everyone is patient enough to chew meat longer than they normally do. If you do not eat meat properly, it results in gas, bloating, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. The body is incapable of breaking down large chunks of meat.

What are some of the results people face when eating fruits & veggies?

  • Weight Loss

Fruits and vegetables are low in calories. When eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, you feel full, which slows down hunger. The fruits and vegetables have a high content of fiber and water hence the delayed appetite.

Furthermore, when eating crispy steamed vegetables, they require more chewing slowing down the pace at which you eat. Consequently, you eat less. The less you eat and consume, the more weight comes off.

  • Energy

Most people who eat all-natural fruits and vegetables have reported feeling more energetic.

Studies have shown that when you consume a high volume of fresh fruit and vegetables, you get better equipped for all types of activities. You also look younger. The enzymes found in the fruits and vegetables is the source of energy. Cooking vegetables kill the necessary enzymes.

Some people may feel the need to eat steamed vegetables. If that is your choice, boil the water and then place the uncooked vegetables on it for a short period. The idea is to keep as many nutrients in the vegetables as possible.

  • Become Younger and Healthier

Thinking of becoming younger and healthier, many people have observed the appearance of others and report that those people’s change of diet has contributed to the way they look.

Certain foods will help slow down the aging process.

The first thing to do is to drink plenty of water. Drinking water helps to make the skin glow. If you do not drink enough water, your body become dehydrated.

The body has about 70% water. The water helps to absorb foods better so that the food get digested properly. Water also helps with blood circulation to further maintain the right body temperature.

Moreover, some people use water to control their caloric intake. Instead of reaching for a cup of juice, it’s best to drink a glass of water.

Tomatoes, for example, have Lycopene, which is an anti-oxidant. It helps to boost the immune system. According to John Erdman, Ph.D., eating tomatoes can lower your chance of developing prostate cancer.

Studies show that blood pressure is much lower when consuming tomatoes. Furthermore, it contains Vitamin C, Potassium, and fiber, which help to maintain a healthy heart and lower blood glucose level.

  • More on Becoming Younger & Healthier

Strawberries have tons of Vitamin C and are rich in antioxidants, which contributes to boosting the immune system. Eating these fruits can reduce your chances of getting a heart attack.

Strawberries contain flavonoid quercetin making the fruit anti-inflammatory, which lowers the risk of atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases. Eating strawberries will help you to become younger and healthier.

Eggplant has various vitamins and minerals: Fiber, Copper, Vitamin B1, Manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B3, Vitamin K, Potassium, and Folate.

Just like tomatoes, Eggplant is an anti-oxidant. It helps ward the body of free radicals.

Eggplant also improves circulation and contributes to providing nourishment to the brain. Additionally, Eggplant aids in digestion. Eating eggplant will help you to become younger and healthier.

Kale is another vegetable that is good to eat. It is loaded with Vitamin K to help fight heart disease and osteoporosis. Kale is also rich in fiber, which lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Additional nutrients: Kale has Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Manganese, Calcium, Copper, and Magnesium.

Kale barely has any fat. The fat content is the omega-3 fatty acid, which helps to fight cancer and heart disease. Eating kale will help you become younger and healthier.

  • Cancer Prevention

There is an old saying: You are what you eat. Eating certain natural foods can help you prevent cancer.

Studies have shown that the juice of pomegranate fruit is antioxidant, and it has anti-inflammatory properties. It has been shown to slow down the progression of prostate cancer.

Ginger is another source of cancer prevention. Fresh ginger or ginger root is anti-inflammatory. You can add ginger to tea, all-natural juice beverage, or even stir-fry.

Ginger can attack individual cancer cells and helps to slow down tumor growth. Some people use it for nausea and tummy aches.

They can help pre-cancerous cells from developing into tumors. They kill the cells and block tumor growth.

Critics of all-Natural Food Diet

As with anything, there is always a critic. Some people criticize all-natural food diets because they tend to ignore other underlying factors.

If someone reports becoming ill after embarking on an all-natural food diet, you have to find out the circumstances of the illness.

Before starting the all-natural food diet, did the person detox her or his system of toxicity?

As I have mentioned earlier, meats contain parasites, which can be very harmful to your body.

That is why detoxing is crucial before going on an all-natural food diet. Get rid of all the toxins first. Then start eating fruits and vegetables.

Another thing to consider is that you should clearly study the nutritional value of each fruit and vegetable so that you can make an informed decision towards a balanced diet.

Finally, was there already an illness the person might have ignored? Some people that complain about falling ill when eating an all-natural food diet may have been already sick.

Not all diseases show up immediately. If untreated, problems could occur. Naturally, you would blame the change in diet, but pinpointing only one factor robs the person of getting to the root of the problem. Explore all avenues before jumping to conclusions.

In summary, having an all-natural food diet can help you stay fit by eating the right foods, boost energy, look and feel younger, and prevent cancer in the process.
