Enki rebuilt the Earth with the help of others. The Sirians once destroyed the Earth. After the War of the Titans, King Anu sent Enki to Terra (Earth) to assess the damage and start rebuilding.

Keep in mind that it was the Sirians who destroyed Terra out of greed. Enki used an already existing DNA specimen to create beings for their mining projects.
