Miracle Cure

Water Is the Miracle Cure: It Is that Simple

There is a cure for all your medical problems. Water is the miracle cure. The medical establishment will not tell you this. It will put them out of business. Water makes up 75 to 78 percent of an infant’s body. In adults, water makes up 60 to 65 percent.

You will not believe what eight to ten glasses of water per day can do for you.

Allergy Sufferers

Each time you walk into your house, you bring a part of the outdoors with you. Small particles get trapped on your clothing, shoes, hair, and skin. You can immediately change your clothes and take a shower. That will partially get rid of the allergens. You can also take your shoes off and leave them by the door.

  • Cat and Dog Dander

It is not just problems with the outdoors. If you own any cats or dogs, allergy sufferers might have a bit of a problem. If you suffer from other allergies, the cat or dog dander might affect you.

Most people complain more about cat allergies than dog allergies. If your immune system is a little over-sensitive, it might react to the pet’s urine or saliva that contains harmless proteins. Bathe your pets on a regular basis. Wash your hands with water after playing with your cats or dogs

  • Water: Miracle Cure

Water is the miracle cure. If you have a post nasal drip due to dust or other allergies, drink more water or other liquids such as soups, teas, or juice. The fluids will make the mucus in your nasal passage thinner. Hot liquids tend to be more calming because of the steam coming from them. Teas, soups, or broth might help in this instance.

  • Maintaining a Healthy Diet

An all-natural diet will also keep the allergies away. Studies state that children who consume a diet rich in fruits, nuts, and vegetables tend to have fewer allergy symptoms. Specifically, they should eat grapes, apples, oranges, and tomatoes. It is not just your allergies that would benefit. Eating healthy will help your overall well-being.

  • Using Masks

Besides water, you can wear masks to prevent the allergens from getting in your airways. You cannot avoid the dust. They are everywhere. When you vacuum, a dust mask will keep those dust mites away. When you rake leaves, there is also dust. Wear a mask when you rake leaves. It will block about 95 percent of small particles.

  • Using Water Filters

You will need to filter your water especially if you suffer from allergies. The filter will get rid of the chlorine and bacteria. Additionally, the filter will remove lead and gives the water a better taste. Kings County Public Health states that lead is harmful to children as well as adults. Lead can also affect an unborn baby.

Suffering from Asthma?

According to the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology, about 25 million, or 8 percent of the United States population had asthma in 2009. The same statistics indicate that the rate of asthma sufferers continues to grow.  The illness kills several thousands of people per year due to dehydration.

In asthma sufferers, the air passage gets obstructed, so water does not get to leave the body in the form of vapor. If you drink more water, the miracle cure, you can lessen asthma attacks. Additionally, asthma sufferers need to take in more salt to break up the mucus plugs in the lungs. The plugs obstruct the airflow in and out of the air sacs.

Please keep in mind that the attacks are due to dehydration. Water is the miracle cure. According to Debra Fulghum Bruce, Ph.D., an air filter or air cleaner can assist with breathing for asthma sufferers. Additionally, it will work well for COPD patients as well as people suffering from hay fever.

Heartburn Sufferers

The water cure: It is that simple. When stomach acid forms in the esophagus, there is a burning sensation. The term for the burning sensation is acid reflux or heartburn. If you suffer from heartburn, drink more water. The upper part of the gastrointestinal tract lacks water. The digestive tract tells the body when it needs water.

Antacids do not cure dehydration. Water can be a one-minute miracle cure for heartburn if you drink plenty of it. Overuse of antacids can result in inflammation of a stomach and hiatal hernia. Two other leading factors are ulceration and cancer of the digestive tract. In this instance, water can be the miracle cure for cancer.

Water Prevents Gas

Treat your body well for best results. Before you eat, drink water to help with digestion and prevent gas. Notice as soon as you eat without drinking water first; you get gas? Drink small gulps of water to avoid diluting your stomach acid. The acids in your stomach help to digest your food.

Tips to cut down on gas:

  • Take your time when you eat. Eating too fast will push air in your windpipe resulting in gas.
  • Leave soda out of your diet; carbon adds air to your digestive tract.
  • Please potty as soon as you get the urge. Delaying the process will cause gas and bloating.

Research studies state you will get gas from poor food digestion. You need water to break the food down in your digestive tract. Plus, the food you eat may add to your gas problem.

Foods that may lead to flatulence or gas:

  • Dairy products
  • Liquids containing fructose
  • High fiber intake without enough water

Water and Psoriasis

Water is the miracle cure for psoriasis. Drinking warm instead of cold water will help to detox the body. One of the wonders of water is to aid in skin moisture. Eliminating toxins from the body is one way to manage psoriasis.

The warm water increases the body temperature. It helps to drop unwanted allergens in the form of sweating. Plus, hot water breaks the food down in the stomach much faster.

Water Buildup

Certain parts of the house sometimes get humid, especially the basement and enclosed spaces. The area gets moist and sweaty and eventually water drips on the floor. There is also a problem with odor. This can affect allergy sufferers. The solution is to get a dehumidifier. It will get rid of the odor as well as the moisture.

Conclusion

There is a cure for many illnesses at your fingertips. Water is the miracle cure for everything. The miracles of water to cure diseases will go over well with heartburn sufferers. Dump the antacids. Water, the miracle cure, keeps the body hydrated. If you do not drink enough of water, you could prolong some of the conditions that you already have.

Are you worried about frequent urination? That is a small price to pay compared to severe medical problems due to the lack of water. You can also drink small portions of water throughout the day. That will help to avoid too many bathroom trips.

    Great information – stay hydrated!

I have experience with a number of the items you discussed. Allergies are rampant in our family. I suffered as a child. My youngest son slept sitting up to keep his nasal passages open so he could breathe better. We suffered around cats, but we had a dog as part of our family. Three of our family members received allergy injections to build up our immunities to dust, pollen, pets, mold, etc. We installed air conditioning in our house to clear the air of contaminants.

House rule – take your shoes off at the door. I do ask guests to do the same. This is especially important if you have babies crawling on the floor or young children that play on the floor.

I agree that clean water is a miracle we are fortunate to have in this country. We use a 3 stage water filtration system by Culligan. I take water with me everywhere in a stainless steel travel mug (be careful of plastic travel cups and use BPA free) because our water tastes good. You can install your own filtration system, which we had for years, but you need to clean the filters regularly or you get bacteria growing in the filter.

Dry up your basement or other enclosed spaces as Anne mentioned. Use dehumidifiers, and open windows and fans when you are there to dry up the spaces. Mold and mildew are unhealthy and can cause allergy flair ups.

    To your health – cheers,
    Jo H

    1. Thank you, Jo, for the feedback.

Water does a lot more than what I have written. The blog is already 1,044 words, and I wanted to focus on the products that affiliates had sent me.

Water does a lot more. I had to limit it based on the products the advertising affiliate sent me.

    1. Thank you for the feedback, Jeanette.

Yes, indeed, water has several other benefits. I did not want to make the blog too long. It is already 1,044 words. I also had to cater to the the products the affiliate had given me. I wanted to write just enough to promote their products. I also had to write relevant info that is beneficial to the masses.
